Corey Lamar Elickson of the 1700 block of North 32nd Street, has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Indecent Assault, and related offenses in connection with the indecent assault of an employee in the South Philly Walmart store on Jan. 8, according to the PPD release.
The police believed the man (pictured) "is responsible for a sexual assault against an employee at the Walmart" as stated in a release. The 21-year-old surrendered to PPD on Thursday.
The store is located at 1675 South Christopher Columbus Boulevard, according to Google Maps.

The PPD's Special Victims' Unit is leading the investigation.
They initially described the man as Black, medium build, between 5’9” to 6’0” with dreadlock-style hair that is black with brown tips, and who was last seen wearing a black "North Face" jacket with a hood, gray sweatpants, and black shoes.
Court documents for this case were not immediately available, but Elickson has a pending case for an incident from Aug. 30, 2023. He was charged with two misdemeanors for Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Property and Receiving Stolen Property, court records show. His last court date was in December and a new one has yet to be set.
